I am a Kajabi Specialist (Certified Kajabi Partner) & GoHighLevel Pro.
I specialize in creating products, building the systems to sell those products, and optimizing the process to become an automated revenue machine.
I offer business consulting for business owners and entrepreneurs who want to sell digital products on these platforms, avoid the pitfalls, and make money.
I'm a solo freelancer - NOT an agency.
The work is done 100% by me, and I stand behind it.
If you want to work with 1 trusted, long-term partner who can handle it all from start to finish - and won't leave you hanging post-launch - then you're in the right place.
You either built or want to build a course, community, coaching program, membership, or product and plan to sell it - but you don't want to learn all the "tech" involved
You know exactly what you want to achieve, but don't know every step involved to make it happen
You prefer to spend your time on the tasks that make you money, instead of working on the "behind the scenes" details
You want to "do it right" from the beginning instead of having to come back later to clean up the mess
You want to leverage automations to build a system that runs itself with minimal input from you
You'd rather work on your business instead of in your business
You're not afraid to bring in help, but you don't want to manage multiple people who are only capable of handling one piece of the puzzle
You don't want to pay for someone else's learning curve - you'd rather work with someone who knows the process inside and out and can provide relevant insight along the way
Your time is better spent doing what you do best – improving your business.
I specialize in getting entrepreneurs like you from ideas to sales, without you having to waste time and mental energy on the details.

Sometimes it helps to have a proactive thought partner who can see through “blind spots”, identify areas of opportunity, and bring fresh ideas to the table.
Many of my clients work with me to design and implement custom solutions, brainstorm new ideas, and help them stay focused and accountable.
There's a difference between what works "in theory" and what works in the real world.
I understand theory because I have a background in business development, marketing, and psychology.
I understand reality because I work with a lot of people who are facing the same struggles you are.
I have a front-row seat to the successes and failures of the digital products space. I see firsthand what's working and what's not.
I offer consulting to bridge the gap between theory and reality.
I understand entrepreneurs because I am one.
I know what it's like to start a business from nothing, and I know how much consistency and grit it takes to get it off the ground.
Success doesn't come overnight – and it certainly doesn't come easy. But I like to think that having someone in your corner who's been there and "gets it" can eliminate some of the bumps in the road. That's what I aim to do for my clients.
I work best with clients who are ready. The ones who think big and refuse to settle for less. The ones who have ideas and products they want to bring to life, but don't want to waste time learning all the tech to make it happen.
I don't accept every single project that comes my way. If I did, I wouldn't have the time or the energy to give my absolute best.
But I can do my best work when I strategically partner with like-minded, passionate entrepreneurs who want to see their business thrive, not just survive.
When we're both "locked in" and striving for next-level output, something amazing happens. I go above and beyond because I genuinely care. You get quality work and a thought partner who is totally invested in your business. The project becomes more than a list of deliverables – it becomes a partnership.
If you want to work with someone passionate, committed, and driven, then it's time to get connected and talk about how we can work together.
You enjoy hand-holding, babysitting and micromanaging throughout the project
You want someone who comes to you with problems, but not solutions
You want to give step-by-step instructions for every detail of the project
You want someone who blindly follows orders without questioning or picking up on things that don't make sense
You prefer someone who prioritizes speed at the expense of quality
You enjoy hearing progress updates and celebrating wins without the play-by-play
You want someone who can troubleshoot independently, but still involve you in the decisions that matter
You want to explain the goal and general direction, but prefer to let the freelancer figure out the "how"
You want someone who can follow instructions, but knows when to speak up and suggest a better method
You prefer someone who meets deadlines with quality results
I think in terms of action steps, and I focus on moving the needle.
It's not a race, but it's not a laidback stroll either.
I plan my next move strategically and prioritize longevity – I always have the end game in mind.
I anticipate problems and solve them proactively.
I have enough experience to know in advance where things can go south. I think several steps ahead to avoid those pitfalls.
I believe the difference is in the details.
I take every project seriously and treat it as if it were my own.
I test the system as a user before I hand it off.
I encourage you to do the same so you understand the user journey.
I invest in the business, not the build.
I keep the big picture in mind so the overall system feels cohesive and natural, not "slapped-together".
I don't walk away until it's finished.
I know my work is done when you're as sold on the final product as I am.
If this resonates, then we're a strong match.
You get to enjoy waived platform fees on my contracts and invoices because I have a Contra Max membership.
I get to keep 100% of my earnings on Contra.
Payments are processed through Stripe or check*.
For direct clients who spend $500+, I will cover all payment processing fees for life.
I also offer hourly credits and referral bonuses for direct clients who refer new business.
I don't have the option to waive any fees for contract initiation, marketplace, etc.
Upwork charges 10-15% commission on my earnings for non-referrals.
*I accept payment by check for local or long-term clients.
If you are an existing client and want to switch from Upwork or Contra to Direct, please contact me!
My top priorities for every project are quality work, on-time delivery, and respect for your budget.
In order to do that, we will first need to talk about what you want to achieve in terms of deliverables, your ideal timeline, and what a realistic dollar amount looks like to make it all happen.
It's okay if you're not sure exactly what would be considered "normal" or reasonable for a project like yours.
That's why I offer 30-Minute Free Consultation Calls for new clients to give you an idea of what to expect before we commit.
On our call, we will take some time to be sure we're a good fit, get clear on the direction and scope of the project, and set the expectation going forward.
We can structure our time commitment in whichever way works best for you:
- weekly/monthly hourly caps
- weekly/monthly retainer to reserve hours
- standing appointments available for consulting or progress meetings
Estimates for fixed-price arrangements will depend on the following criteria:
- the size and scope of the project
- the ideal deadline for completion
- the overall budget for the project and the timing of payments
My availability fluctuates depending on what projects I already have in the works.
The more advanced notice, the better – but I make every effort to remain as flexible as possible for urgent tasks.
If you're serious about moving forward and ready to take the next step, please follow the instructions below to get in touch!
You take your business seriously – so, it's natural to do your due diligence before hiring.

A lot goes into starting an online business. So naturally, questions are going to come up.
Here are the answers to some of the most frequent questions asked by entrepreneurs about Kajabi and GoHighLevel.
These answers are written by ME - not AI.
The best place to start with Kajabi is setting up the essentials needed to market (website, offers, etc.). The products and other post-purchase items like email sequences, automations, can all come later.
I know it seems counter-intuitive, and you’re probably really excited to build out your course, coaching product, community, etc. I hear you. But the reality is that a lot of creators don’t make it because they wait too long to market and run out of motivation and money before they’ve even made a sale. I don’t want you to make that same mistake.
Testing your offer and seeing how the market reacts will give you the insight you need to make adjustments and sell. Pre-sales will bring in the money to sustain you until everything is fully built and you’re ready to market hard. If you’d like some guidance on the “essentials” needed prior to launch your specific product, contact me and I’ll be happy to sit down and help you make a game plan.
Yes! There are several ways someone can build your Kajabi website for you. As a Certified Kajabi Partner, I have the ability to request collaborator access to your account and build the website for you. I can also pre-build your site in my Partner Account and transfer it to you.
Here are some examples of sites and pages I've built on Kajabi:
www.nutritionmechanic.com (full site build)
www.intentionalwellness.com (landing page)
www.backtobalancenutrition.com (checkout page)
If you would like to hire me to build your site, contact me for pricing and availability.
I would rate Kajabi at a 6/10 for how hard it is to set up if you’re not technical. Kajabi is the most intuitive out of all the platforms I’ve used! It was the first one I learned of many, and it is still the easiest to use in my opinion.
However, some of the feedback I’ve gotten from Kajabi users who are not technical is that they don’t always know the most efficient way to set things up. This is where they hire a Kajabi Specialist like me to either handle the initial setup so they know it’s done right from the beginning, or they hire me to audit and optimize the existing setup to make sure their system is running as efficiently as possible.

The best way to structure a launch in Kajabi is to start with building the sales and offer pages, so you can start pre-selling your course before you fully unveil the product. This will give you the ability to start testing multiple advertising channels to find the most effective method for when you’re ready for the full launch. The insight and momentum you’ll gain from this marketing trial run will give you a huge advantage going forward – and the revenue boost will help cover the higher upfront cost to build the system.
Here is a breakdown of the best way to structure a launch based on this “sales first” method:
· Build the necessary site pages and landing page
· Create the offer
· Customize the checkout page using copy that makes it clear you are pre-selling the course
· Write a short 2-3 email sequence to keep the pre-sale customers motivated and excited as they wait for the official product launch
· BEGIN MARKETING
· Create the product, attach them to the offer
· Notify your pre-sale customers that the product is live
This launch framework is the TEAL Virtual Services specialty. Contact us for an estimate to implement this launch structure for your new product.
